My Process
Every listing is important to me. Unlike some photographers who shoot interiors in HDR, I take 3 - 5 frames of different exposures, using natural light and multiple flashes, to create one finished photo. When I am back in my studio, I color correct, straighten and make final corrections before expertly blending the frames. The results are images perfectly exposed with natural highlights, shadows, depth, and accurate color.

- Up to 25 photos, depending on size of property

Properties up to 3,000 Sq Feet
- Up to 35 photos, depending on the size of the property
- Exterior and exterior photos
- Additional acreage or outbuildings may affect the price
- Sized for MLS. Print files supplied on request (no extra charge)
- Price starts at $250
All prices are estimates. I do my best to price my work in a fair and equitable way.
Properties over 4,000 sq feet are quoted individually.
