Residential properties are those properties for sale on the MLS.
Pricing is dependent on the number of square feet, the acreage, outbuildings (if any), and the number of photos delivered.
Rates start at $195.00
Commercial Properties
Commercial properties include brick-and-mortar properties, vacation rentals, and lodging properties, essentially photography that will be used to generate revenue on an ongoing basis. Examples are websites, print advertising, brochures, etc.
All work is quoted and includes a proposal and contract.
